Senior Manager/Associate Director - Financial Reporting (External)

- The candidate will be part of the controllership team heading the external financial reporting team and will be responsible for monthly closing of books, external financial reporting - Ind AS and IFRS and finalization of accounts. He will have two CA's reporting to him.

Key Responsibility :

- Monthly closing of books and review of accounts for proper book closure.

- Monthly review of schedules and books of accounts.

- Preparation of quarterly full-fledged Ind AS financials -standalone as well as consolidated

- Preparation of quarterly full-fledged IFRS Consolidated financials

- Interaction with auditors and finalization of accounts

- Completion of annual report and dispatch to shareholders

Desired skills :

- MBA/ CA with 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Should have worked in the area of external financial reporting.

- Should have exposure to working in large corporations preferably listed firms or big 4 audit firms, a mix of both is ideal.

- Preferably should have cleared his/her CA in the first/second attempt

- Should be an accounting expert and should know Ind AS. Should be comfortable building complex financial statements.
