Role Summary
In this role, you will be accountable for the successful campaign integration and partnership with external teams to digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each client. This role demands to navigate any client service challenges that arise, and lean in to deliver quick and fast solutions, proactively and reactively cater to our diverse set of global client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze key market trends to provide critical inputs in formulating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) across DSPs while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.
- Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
- Manage media buying projects from conception to affiliate onboarding.
- Manage Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn & third party driven apps
- Should be an expert in offline & online Media Planning
- Understand the brands online & offline eco-system and their marketing lifecycle.
- Ability to develop & present engaging presentations and proposals.
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal & external stakeholders during planning and deployment stage of campaigns
- Overseeing large and strategic accounts and develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
- Oversee campaign QA process.
- Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
- Day to day support of platform & custom applications for self-deployment clients
- Updating/tracking campaign integration progress through internal team meetings as well as on the internal campaign tracker/status sheet
- Primary point person for the client for all things operational and campaign related
Skills Required
- Must have effective educating skills on industry, platform experience & latest trends
- Must have strong business acumen with an ability to execute a wide range of digital marketing strategies to establish market presence and increase revenue & profitability.
- Effective communicator with strong writing skills along with market research, analytics, planning, and buying experience.
- Must be good at building and maintaining relationship with various online & offline publishers, third party platforms and brand managers.
- Creating new business opportunities within existing ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative and client-facing environment.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly.
