Sr Manager Business Solutions (Associate Director or above equivalent)
- Strong background in presales, solution design, pricing, RFP response, overall outsourcing lifecycle specializing in US Healthcare domain.
- Business leader with proven track record in developing, managing teams and with deep expertise in healthcare industry / US health plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business and technical audiences located across the globe, and coordinate across functional stakeholders
- Own E2E solution design with customer problem statement, designing story and win themes, pricing model, crafting solution, orals, defense, and SoW creation
- Steer solution, gather business requirements, track pipeline, develop pricing models, conduct market analysis, develop business solutions
- Domain experience in US health insurance
- Understand the customer's challenges, elicitation of business & functional requirements
- Articulate the value propositions, transformation themes and key differentiators for the deals
- Develop solution and Deal Pricing: End-to-End execution of RFXs including preparing solution decks, response documents, capability demonstration decks, resource estimation and deal pricing
- Liaise with Technical and BO Teams: Demonstrated ability to lead and to bring out creative aspects to techno commercial RFX responses in liaison with practices, delivery teams, COEs and other cross functional teams.
- Anchor response to RFPs/RFIs, POCs/POVs in coordination with the sales team, SMEs /architects
Must have : Experience in developing solutions for at-least two areas out of - IT Application Development, Application Support, Digital and Automation, Data Management, BPaaS, Claims, Enrollment, Contact Center, Clinical for US Health Plans
