Senior Manager/Associate Director - Business Research (KPO, Consulting)

- Role with Research and Consulting organization, providing outsourced research solutions to some of the world's largest manufacturing, financial services, consulting, and technology companies.

Research Industry:

- Automotive, Engineering, Construction, Chemicals & Plastics, Metals, Biotech, Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the P&L manager for projects / team.

- Will have accountability of project delivery, client acquisition and account management.

- Ensure smooth research design, execution, and timely delivery of multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision by VP/EVP.

- Support building clients & relationships to develop the business further.

- Assist EVP/VP in Business Development related activities.

- Lead from the front for team-building efforts and other organizational activities.

- Has acumen for Market Assessment, Project Feasibility, Market Entry across sectors, Growth Strategy, Corporate and SBU Strategy, Supply chain enhancement, Partner Identification.

Candidate Profile:

Personal Attributes:

- Ability to work against tight deadlines & has operated in a PnL model, taking accountability for project profitability.

- Ability to work on multiple unstructured projects independently & simultaneously.

- Strong initiative and self-motivated

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of various statistical tools will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience Required:

- Qualification: Engineering Graduate + MBA

- Experience: 8 - 10 years

- Notice Period - 1 Month - Max

- Hybrid Working - Person must be based out of Mumbai / relocate to Mumbai
