Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, strategy formulation, cost programs, corporate planning, business finance, FP&A, or management consulting.
- Proficiency in PPT and Excel is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Formulation and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Cost Management Programs:
- Design and manage cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and report on cost reduction outcomes.
Corporate Planning:
- Assist in the development of corporate plans and policies.
- Support the executive team in decision-making processes.
Business Finance and FP&A:
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare and manage financial budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and report variances.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Management Consulting:
- Work on consulting projects for internal clients.
- Provide expert advice on improving business processes and performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of prior work experience in an internal role with a leading financial services player in areas such as Strategy Formulation, Cost Programs, Corporate Planning, Business Finance, FP&A, etc , or management consulting experience with a Big 4 or similar consulting firm.
- Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance from a reputed institute or Chartered Accountant (CA).
