Designation : Senior Manager/AVP - Legal

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Qualification : LL.B (Professional Degree). Must be eligible for practicing as an Advocate in India.

Preferred industry : Banking/Financial Institution/NBFC/Corporate Lawyer/Funds

Job Profile :

- Drafting and documentation of legal matters

- Must be well versed with laws relating to banking, corporate laws, contract laws, the property laws and having dealt with corporates.

- Experience in investigation of title and creation of security.

Desired Skills :

- Must be well versed in computer operation like Ms-office, power point, excel and having good typing speed.

Interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure, Reliability.

- Possess excellent oral and written communications skills.

- Planning, organisation and system orientation and attention to details
