Job Description:
The Senior Manager/AVP is tasked with driving significant business growth by leading initiatives that generate revenue and expand the company's market presence. This role requires an experienced professional with a strategic mindset, capable of independently managing key responsibilities, including new business acquisition and long-term relationship development with high-value clients.
What the Role involves:
Strategic Relationship Development:
- Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers of large corporate entities to foster strong, long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain high-impact relationships that drive business growth.
Key Account Management:
- Manage and enhance client satisfaction across all levels, providing strategic insights to improve ROI for newly acquired clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Ownership and Leadership:
- Take full ownership of client relationships, acting as a primary liaison between the client and internal departments.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve client queries efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Liaison and Follow-up:
- Maintain strong follow-up practices, acting as the central point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
- Ensure clear and effective communication to align client needs with company solutions.
Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidate:
- In-depth knowledge of selling digital customer solutions and corporate/media sales.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing large corporate accounts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to C-suite executives.
- Strong negotiation, listening, and networking abilities.
- Adept at understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple key clients simultaneously.
- Quick decision-making abilities and proficient in report management
