Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Credit Policy - Bank

Hiring for the leading Bank.(Candidate should have experience in Banking industry )

Job responsibilities :

- To define credit policy n process for Retail Agri products like Kisan Credit Card, Agri Term Loan and allied agriculture lending

- To engage with business, underwriting, operations, legal and other internal stakeholders to review/revise process & policies

- To constantly benchmark policy/process with competition

- Portfolio monitoring and reporting to internal stakeholders

- To review program triggers & ensure renewal product program on regular basis

Experience/skills required :

. Should have 5-8 years of experience in Agri Finance/KCC product/policy/credit underwriting

- Preferably agriculture graduate as one of the academic qualifications

- Good inter-personal skills

- Knowledge of rural lending space, competition.
