Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Business Strategy - Asset Management

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business plan to enhance profitability and efficiency.

- Analyze market trends and business opportunities.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and various departments to ensure strategic Alignment.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business strategies.

- Will be responsible for doing SWOT analysis for the organizations and each department within the organization.

- Will be responsible for evaluating M&A companies and evaluating strategic opportunities.

- Coordinate with various departments for understanding challenges and improvement areas.

- Monitoring strategies of peer fund houses and suggest growth strategies

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

- Master's Degree / CA / CFA (or pursing CFA).

- Minimum 7-10 years of Work experience in a Financial Services and preferably in Alternate Products and Mutual Funds.

- Strong understanding on Valuation Models and Alternate industry.

- Strong Financial Acumen & thorough understanding of Investments, the market & the regulations surrounding the Mutual Fund Industry / Wealth Management Industry.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations at all levels (Internally & Externally).
