JobRole & Responsibilities :
Branch Manager
- Upkeep of the Branch and ATM
- Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management
- Trackingand monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch
- Ensure Branch headcount budget to be maintained
- Ensure Role clarity of employees in the branch
- Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated
- Comply with Bank - spolicies and processes
- Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services
- Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch
- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services
