Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage analytics to drive insights for portfolio analytics, optimizing credit line, Pricing, Channel mix, cross-sell, bureau, risk management for credit cards or retail assets or Business Banking
- Ability to independently ideate and present to business owners.
- Develop predictive models using latest machine learning / statistical methods
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of analytical output for Retail and/or Cards and/or SME or others
- Generating customer, risk analytics, portfolio & cross-sell insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture.
- Stakeholder relationship management & control aspects of analytical project delivery
- Candidate should have an expansive mindset with focus on scalability, process & knowledge management
Key Competencies / skill set:
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skill
- Strong business exposure to Credit Cards or Retail Lending or SME Space is needed
- Working knowledge of R, SQL is a must. SAS/Python is a plus
- Strong modeling skills including collecting, pulling and preparing data
- High level of motivation
- Good presentation & communication skills

Qualifications
- MBA from good institutes or Post-graduation in Economics or Quantitative discipline
- Have worked in Analytics or Business Side in Cards or Retail Assets or SME Banking
- Predictive model development, Logistic/Linear Regression, Clustering, D-tree, Feature Selection, PCA, SVM, Random Forest, Gradient Boost
Experience:
Candidate is required to have 6 years of relevant work experience at a Bank/NFBC/Business Consulting
