- Responsible for Leadership/ Lateral and Campus Recruitment (Insurance/ Analytics space)
- Interacting with business manager and creating strategies for hiring the right candidate
- Identify talent pool, market availability and build strong candidate pipeline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Insurance hiring/ analytics hiring
- Should have experience in hiring for niche skills sets like actuarial valuation/underwriting, etc.
- Excellent market knowledge in Insurance space
