- The role is with our leading client with its HQ in Pune and business interests in E-commerce, Logistics, Warehouse management with a Pan India presence
- As part of its expansion plan, we have various level roles available in the Employee engagement domain as Sr Manager / Manager/ Asst Manager cader, however its not a limitation to explore and engage with aspirants
- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion
- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
- Facilitate and Drive organization level initiatives/program across BU/Geography/Engagements and ensure compliance.
- Responsible for driving Performance Management across the BU/Geography/Engagements
- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network
- Develop and implement Employee Engagement programs across all the Business Units.
- Provides guidance and knowledge that cover multiple areas of human resources, including C&B, Career Development, Employee relations, or other services
- Experience effectively working with leaders and employees at all levels of an organization to develop and implement programs that drive performance and attract and retain top talent.
- Strong understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics, and its critical success factors.
- Ability to analyze complex data, understands business implications, recommend appropriate solution
- Conduct research and analysis in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
Must Have Skills:
- Post-Graduation in HR preferably from Tier 1 institute
- At least 3+ years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience working with a diverse workforce
