Senior Performance Marketing Manager (AGM/ Sr manager) for a D2C start up firm in Delhi NCR

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and manage our company's performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, experience with performance marketing techniques and tools, and excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase customer lifetime value.

- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and email.

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective performance marketing campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant.

- Prepare and present regular reports on performance marketing efforts to senior management.

- Manage the performance marketing budget to ensure all expenses are within budget constraints.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's and masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.

- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving marketing goals.
