Job description :
1. Policies/Processes to be tracked and followed :
- To ensure that the organization policies are monitored and tracked on periodic basis both which are directly under human resources and also directly under respective line manager, the candidate would be responsible to provide data wherein the company can be rest assured that all its policies are being implemented in Toto.( will be done by team member would need to monitor it)
2. Career growth plan and tracking :
- Identifying employees from each departments and setting and monitoring of soft skills for each role.
- The candidate would need to have an interaction with all HODs/management to understand the skill sets required for each role which would help the department and company to have more effective managers
3. Performance management ( PMS ) :
- To have a system based performance management through HRMS, to ensure timelines are met for completion of PMS by all departments.
4. Competencies of each job role and career progression as per BSC of employees
5. Employer banding & ensuring compliance with internal process
- To ensure that employees are hired as per the given bands to audit Recruitment team on regular intervals, to also be a part of the job banding exercise with the consultant
6. Job grading & ensuring compliance with internal process :
- To ensure employees are hired as per grades decided by the management, to have regular audits done and also be a part of the job grading exercise with the consultant
7. JD to be evaluated and completed :
- All job description to be evaluated and updated at regular intervals depending on the operation requirements and skill sets required at regular intervals
8. Function level meeting :
- To attend all functional level meetings as per the guidelines of the company to also provide inputs to the management /Head HR on course correction and action required based on the meetings
9. Talent Management :
- To identify and set up a talent assessment committee which would promote and nurture employees for future requirements
10. Retention strategy for key positions and action plan :
- To identify key positions in the company that are difficult to hire and retain and develop action plan along with the management /Head HR
11. Gender diversity :
- To ensure that the organization has a blend of both genders, regular audits and reports to be generated and shared
12. Creating competencies for each job :
- To ensure that the competencies are drafted against each job and updated at regular intervals
13. Linking competencies to Promotion& hiring of candidates :
- To ensure that all promotions & hirings are done based on competency framework provided, the competency framework should be prepared
