Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Container Freight Station - Logistics/Transportation

Education : Qualified CA

Experience : 10-15 years post Qualification

Industry background : CFS, Container Freight Station.

Location : Nhava Sheva, Navi Mumbai

Job Description :

- Monitoring day to day basis accounts. Ensuring proper recording of books of Accounts.

- Ascertaining statutory liabilities of various taxes and ensuring timely payment of all the taxes with their respective departments.

- Coordinating with the internal and statutory auditors of the company in conducting the audits.

- Liasioning with statutory bodies such as Service Tax Dept., Sales Tax Dept., Income Tax Dept., GST Dept. for their various queries, regular meeting with respective officers and meeting up their statutory dues.

- Playing key role in finalization of the books of accounts of the Company and group company as per IND AS.

- Preparation and Filling of Income Tax and TDS return of Individual and Company.

- Proper allocation of Fund in tune with Managing Director. Controlling entire banking system online.

- Liasioning with CFO, CMD for utilization of Fund towards investment.

- Preparing strong and reliable MIS reports to streamline and cost savings facilitating the decision-making process in liaison with Management

- Coordinating with the internal and statutory auditors of the company in conducting the audits.

- Formulating Compliance calendar for efficient execution of due diligence.
