Job Title : Senior Manager / AGM - Commercial Leasing

Department / Division: Commercial Leasing

Position reports : Chief Leasing Officer

Minimum Experience:

- 12+ years

Special Skills/Attributes: (required for performing the job effectively) - Geographical knowledge coupled with hands-on familiarity on market dynamics

- Good corporate relationships and micro-market knowledge

- Strong IPC and channel partner networking with ability to continue to nurture relationships

- Adequate analytical & presentation skills

- Articulate, Street-smart, Pro-active, confident and good interpersonal skills

- Hands on with MS Office (word, excel & power point)

Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) 1. Manage real estate transaction activities including business development, conduct and manage site tours, formulate commercial offers, assist in negotiations and closure :

2. Prepare, recommend, and implement a transaction strategy for marketing and leasing of commercial project(s)

(a) Cash flow understanding & analysis,

(b) Source corporate clients by local and referred deals,

(c) Lead and manage existing tenant accounts,

(d) Liaise with Channel Partners, PC members and local brokers to source leads


(e) Independently formulate & Implement real estate marketing & leasing plan in line with Company's strategic and time-bound real estate goals,

(f) Prioritization of assignments, adherence to company-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones,

(g) Work closely with Internal and client's team to ensure integration between the service lines,

(h) Monitor and closely track all transactional activities ensuring timely and smooth completion,

(i) Ensure quality data in terms of overviews /RFPS/templates/case studies/data management,

(j) Create MIS for local Business Development and track competition deals, vacancy, supply along with Market intelligence,

(k) Address and Resolve tenant issues/disputes and other concerns, aggressive client follow-ups and internal timely reporting
