Overview :

- We Are Seeking a Dynamic and Experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to Drive and Execute Our End-To-End Hiring Strategy Across the Group Companies.

- The Ideal Candidate Will Have a Strong Focus on Cost Control, Quality of Hire, And Efficient Recruitment Processes.

- This Role Involves Working Closely with Senior Stakeholders, Developing Innovative Talent Acquisition Strategies, And Leading CXO And Leadership Hiring Efforts.

- Reports To HR Head.

Individual Contributor Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Hiring Strategy And Execution.

- Develop And Execute a Comprehensive Hiring Strategy with an Emphasis on Cost Control and Quality of Hire.

- Lead The Recruitment Cycle, Collaborating with Senior Stakeholders to Attract and Select the Right Talent for Various Roles Across the Group Companies.

Talent Acquisition Process Improvement :

- Identify Key Sourcing Channels And Implement Creative Sourcing Strategies.

- Continuously Develop And Implement Ideas For Improving The Talent Acquisition Process And Outcomes.

- Conduct Effective Research, Networking, And Leverage Social Media And Employee Referrals To Attract Top Talent.

Talent Acquisition Strategy :

- Play A Key Role In Developing And Executing Talent Acquisition Strategies Across The Group Within The Country.

- Lead And Execute CXO And Leadership Hiring Initiatives.

Cost Optimization :

- Implement Cost Optimization Strategies To Ensure 90% Of Hiring Is Done Internally, Balancing The Use Of External Vendors.

- Manage Recruitment Budgets Effectively To Control Costs Without Compromising On The Quality Of Hires.

Communication And Feedback :

- Define And Implement A Review And Feedback Mechanism Within The Team To Ensure Effective Communication Flows And Continuous Improvement.

- Regularly Review And Refine Talent Acquisition Processes Based On Feedback From Stakeholders And Team Members.

HR And Business Partnering :

- Define Crucial Activities From An HR And Business Partnering Standpoint To Drive Effective Execution And Achieve Desired Outcomes.

- Work Closely With HR And Business Leaders To Understand And Address Talent Needs And Challenges.

Vendor Management :

- Effectively Manage External Recruitment Vendors To Speed Up The Hiring Process And Ensure They Meet The Organization's Standards And Requirements.
