Roles and Responsibilities:
- To guide event planning, programme flow, event collaterals including all installations, prints, audio visuals etc
- Select appropriate medium for advertisement and channels to attract +2 students
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Analyze the events success and prepare reports
- Understanding and defining the target consumer segment (students) for the brand and develop annual as well as long-term plan for brand development and growth through events within the remits of overall brand strategy and guidelines
- To conceptualize, plan and manage events from start to end; including activities right from site selection, hotel booking, fabrications, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating hospitality, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans
- Develops collaterals like brochures, leaflets, and danglers and oversee the printing, production of advertising and promotional materials
Requirements/Eligibility:
- Masters Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute
- Preference would be given to candidate having at least 5 years of experience in similar profile with a reputed University / Higher Educational Institution/FMCG/Event Management etc. (any industry which conducts events to attract audience)
- Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with the will to drive the vertical completely by adding more team members and spread the brand presence across India
- Team management skills with zeal to lead from the front with minimal supervision
