Senior Manager - Application - Study Abroad

We are hiring for our client- a leading company in study abroad domain.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage & lead a team of 15-20 application advisors, train & mentor them to improve productivity.

- Managing their performance on a timely basis and delivering results

- Own P&L for your funnel

- Build, run and improve business workflows and processes

- Identify, measure and improve important metrics

- Building the team and managing performance

- Manage aggregators & direct channel for applications

- Understand institutions requirement to make applications.

Pre-Requisites:

- 7+ years of experience in P&L management, Counselling, Sales, or Operations and managing a team of over 50.

- The candidate should be from the Counselling Industry (Mandatory)

- Exceptional at moving business metrics using all possible levers.
