Senior Manager - Application Owner - Lending Business

Creating new applications to support lending business

- Application ownership for ongoing enhancement of an application (application uptime, management of scope and in-time delivery)

- Project Management e.g Creating Project Plan of every delivery, sharing application weekly status report with all stake holder, meeting business team on regular basis to understand their needs and provide value addition

- Vendor Management e.g Interacting with vendor on for new requirements, production issue and ensure timely delivery.

- Application Infra Management e.g server management (Physical Architecture, Scalability, Checks on Resource Utilization etc..)

- Delivery Management e.g ensure timely delivery(escalate if any delay), Application testing (including VAPT) before releasing for UAT, Helping / Coordination with business user for UAT Sign-off & Production Movement.

- Adherence to quality compliance standards by ensuring policy-compliance

Desirable Skills :

- Experience in Information Technology - Project Management

- Should have Technical knowledge on Server Architecture, Middleware(IIS / Web-Logic / Apache / OHS etc) & Database(MS SQL / Oracle etc) Knowledge on lending business domain is preferred

- Should have worked on IT projects preferably in NBFCs, Banking and Finance domains.

- Proven Track Record in Leading and delivering Projects, Manage Business as Usual and understand Technology end-to-end Internal External Stakeholder management skills
