As a Senior Manager - App you will be responsible for optimization and growth:

1. Mobile app development support and Integrations

2. ASO implementation and app optimization

3. App growth and increase in app engagement

4. App marketing campaigns to promote the mobile app

Key Responsibilities:

App Development and Enhancement:

1. Work closely with your in-house development team to ensure seamless collaboration.

2. Align app development efforts with organizational goals and customer requirements.

3. Liaise between the vendors and the internal stakeholders to build new features and enhancements in the app.

4. Ensure that UX/UI enhancements align with user needs and business objectives.

Listing Optimization:

1. Optimize app listing pages on platforms like Google Play Store and Apple's App Store.

2. Improve visibility, downloads, and user engagement by optimizing app descriptions, screenshots, and other elements.

3. Customizing app listings for different regions and languages.

App Campaigns:

1. Manage app campaign strategy across products to increase leads and conversions

2. Develop and implement app marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

3. Manage paid user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other ad networks.

4. Build and manage loyalty programs for existing customers

Monitoring and Analysis:

1. Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

2. Monitor app performance metrics (downloads, ratings, reviews).

3. Analyse user feedback and identify areas for improvement.

4. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, latest app marketing tools and software.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of overall experience in digital marketing with 4-5 experience in app marketing with a solid foundation. Have demonstrated familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and best practices.

- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, etc. to analyse user behaviour, track KPIs, and optimize app performance.

- Experience in using MMPs for tracking app installs, attribution, user engagement, etc.

- Education: MBA/PGDM in any stream is must

- This is a critical role and prefer only Chennai location
