We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Analytics and Research for one of our client in Mumbai.
Job Description:
- The Senior Manager- Analytics and Research - will lead the Sales & Business operations - reporting and analysis team, working for various internal stakeholders across Group and BU Sales and participating in meetings, reviews with the customer and the teams and providing the right Direction to the team.
- Common responsibilities include interacting with customers and stakeholders, converting business requirements into analysis, building reporting and analytical solutions.
- Use strong system skills and business knowledge to examine the effectiveness of client's Sales operations and to communicate conclusions. Develop Solutions along with relevant pricing.
- The candidate should be able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop actionable insights and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Solutions and Delivery to Sales & Business Reporting across but not limited to:
Interacting with the Clients and understanding business requirements
- People Management, Handling a team and ensuring that project deadlines are met
- Liaise with Functional and Technical teams across locations to facilitate solution.
- Manage key dashboards with minimum downtime by ensuring alignment with IT and other allied functions
- Sales operations- process, reporting and analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Day to day operations
- Ensuring Timely and accurate delivery
- Provide Analysis and Insights
Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (Tier 1 Colleges preferred)
- MBA - Sales and Marketing /Operations (Tier 1 Colleges preferred)
- Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)

- Exposure to CRM Systems - Salesforce.com, Visualization tools Like QLikview, Data Handling tools-
- Industry knowledge of Sales & Business Operations and Marketing processes.
- Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail, ability to provide insights.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
- Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations
