Senior Manager - Analytics - Banking/Insurance

We are looking for a Senior Manager analytics with experience in Banking or Insurance. The person needs to be proficient in SAS, Statistical modeling (Logistic / Linear regression, GLM modeling, Time-series forecasting, Scorecard development, Clustering, Segmentation etc)

The role would involve managing a team and would include

- Lead teams responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive various solutions and programs across multiple clients & projects

- Create analytics product offerings for Banking/Insurance/NBFC clients in India

- Help grow the Analytics Business

- Provide thought leadership in areas such as customer segmentation, predictive modeling, data mining strategy etc

- Lead and manage teams with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Mentoring, Training, and Retention
