Senior Manager - Analytics

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager - Analytics to drive data informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record of delivering impactful insights to executive leadership through advanced analytics, including the creation and management of strategic dashboards, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication proficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnership:

- Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with business stakeholders, proactively addressing evolving business and customer requirements.

- Champion a data-centric approach, prioritizing the delivery of strategic end-state solutions over legacy systems.

- Collaborate with senior business leaders to define, prioritize, and execute a strategic analytics backlog.

Analytics & Data Enterprise Operations Leadership:

- Serve as the principal liaison for Analytics and Data Enterprise Operations, meticulously shaping requirements and ensuring transparent delivery communication.

- Direct and empower the Analytics team to produce high-impact data and analytics outputs, providing actionable insights to executive leadership and key business stakeholders.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for executive-level reporting and analysis.

- Establish and enforce a rigorous metric framework governance, standardizing data sources and metric definitions to ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Implement automated control mechanisms to enhance data reliability and foster organizational trust in data accuracy.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement:

- Articulate complex analytical findings with clarity and precision to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

- Employ data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to influence critical business decisions.

- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

- Strategic analytics initiative design and execution.

- Executive communication and influence.

- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools.

- Extensive experience in creating and managing interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline. Master's degree preferred.
