Primary role:
- Building & Leading team of 125 + people.
- Managing/Supervising day-to-day delivery operation while managing Utilization and Profitability.
- Building capabilities like new solutions, collaterals, knowledge management processes etc.
- Institutionalize delivery operationalize project managements best practices.
- Supporting pre-sales activities like solutions, proposal making, RFP responses etc.
Responsibilities:
- Career planning with alignment of organizations goals & personal aspirations.
- Building delivery processes and its adherence into day-to-day operation.
- Support sales team in creating solutions, proposals. Making sure team is equipped, provide thought leadership
- Having processes like QC, project running documentations, PM toolkit etc.
- Recruitment, training, appraisal, resource planning etc.
- Building organization capabilities like creating training needs, policies & procedures etc.
