Senior Manager/AGM - Treasury Service Lead - Manufacturing/Pharma/FMCG

Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

- Minimum10 years of work experience in a Treasury role for a global organization

- Minimum Education Qualification - Post-graduation, MBA (Finance), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

- Advanced skills and experience with Treasury organizational structure and transformation, bank account management, financial risk management (currency, interest rate, commodity), cash flow forecasting, cash and liquidity management, bank relationship management, treasury technology, international treasury center, debt and investment management, governance, controls and regulation, hedge accounting

- Better understanding of Technology & systems to work with Global Treasury teams in improving the processes thereby bringing more control, efficiency & effectiveness

- Ability to lead & grow the Treasury team is shared services with mindset of continuous learning & able to drive the aspects of Six Sigma/ Lean/ Digital excellence to move the processes from current state to next level.

- Possess Thought Leadership & able to partner with treasury team on future technology vision (SAP, Treasury Dashboard, etc) and support the execution of that vision implementing technologies to automate processes.

- Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure
