Hiring for Senior Manager/ AGM Transition & Project Management for Leading Shared Services Company @ Mumbai. This is an internal and external stakeholder management role. Core transition experience (should have managed End to End ITES/BPO)primarily in Finance and Commercial in Domestic environment. Good at client/stakeholder management. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Should also have experience in process transformation project experience is required.
- Experience - 11 Years - 15 Years.
Qualification - Any Graduate& PMP certification or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- Supports HOD to execute business development and change management strategy as finalised in AOP.
- Interacting and engaging with finance, Procurement and HR operations for identifying opportunities for transition.
- Effectively drive and manage change, plan business contingency and achieve cross training.
- This individual is responsible for successfully executing the transition, which will primarily include preparation and lead fact-finding, data health & end-to-end scoping, transition and training plan, ensuring that detailed SOPs are developed and signed-off, operating metrics are aligned
- Proactively ensure availability of pre-migration / migration documentation to INDIA functions, matching to the agreed methodology with the assigned business entities.
- Assess the operational risks inherent in the processes, taking account of changing operating procedures, staff movements, legal and regulatory requirements, management restructures, and the impact of new technology.
- Strong project management skills and ability to independently lead transition projects with a focus on on-time completion with minimal post go-live issues and to ensure Project Management discipline

- Create an environment within the team which fosters free sharing of knowledge & ideas
- Adherence to Group policies, audit, controls, and compliance requirements including but not limited to Declaration of secrecy, data protection act, health, safety and security, clear desk policy
- Centrally govern and ensure closure for all transitions and transformation projects initiated by the HOD.
- Maintain Control and Compliance in the migration
- Collate, maintain and provide accurate Management Information within agreed timescales on a regular basis.
- Produce detailed transition plans with agreed milestones and inter dependencies.
- Publish weekly transition dashboard incorporating all transition streams to the stakeholders
