PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
- This role supports the design and deployment of initiatives in the areas of Talent Management and Organization Development (OD).
- The incumbent will be a member of the Talent Management & OD, Solutions Team and is expected to independently manage various initiatives in such areas as:
- Talent Review and High Potential Identification
- Succession Planning at mid level
- Program management for Talent / Leadership Development
- Talent Engagement
- Performance Management follow through
- Support Organization Culture building initiatives
- The candidate will partner with various stakeholders such as Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP- s), Business Managers, High Potential employees and External partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support execution of TMOD priorities, in partnership with all business Leaders and HRBP's.
- Consistently track and deliver on core priorities / KPIs
- Drive key processes (deployment / change management) around Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Organization Culture and Employee Engagement
- Partner with HRBP's to drive and track High Potential Assessment and Development; conceptualize and deliver customized talent programs for specific BUs on needs basis
- Be an internal support and subject matter expert to Business Leaders on BU-specific Talent and Organization Development needs
- Program Manage specific extended Leadership Development Programs
- Build HR and organization capability in critical TM and OD areas
Desired Areas of Professional Experience / Expertise
- Assessment approaches :Designing / Running Assessment and Development processes, Competency Based Interviewing, 360 Assessment
- Providing feedback / coaching based on assessment
- Consulting with Business and HR Leaders
- Change management of HR processes
- Project management of development projects (6-9 months)
- Creating content for Development Programs / Workshops
- Facilitating workshops on Behavioral interventions
Computer / Internet Skills
- Proficient with complete MS Office suite, especially:
- Preparing impactful and aesthetic presentations on PowerPoint
- Performing basic analysis and data management on excel

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution.(preferably Master in Psychology / MBA with HR/OD specialization )
- Minimum of 7 years of Talent Management or Organizational Development experience in a business or consulting organization.
