- Discussion with all stake holders
- Preparing and developing plans
- Content development and internal training
- Policy deployment activities
- Responsible for Creating HR Strategy
- Responsible for creating of Talent Management architecture, system and process for entire organisation. (Talent Review, succession planning, identification of unique roles and critical talent )
- Designing career transition and career path to develop leadership pipeline of future
- Responsible for creating HI-Potential identification and development program
- Creation of New HR systems and Processes in conjunction with change agenda of the organisation (Organisation Design, PMS, Employee Engagement)
- Responsible for creating Leadership development framework including learning and Development.
- Identify various talent gaps and create a learning mix to augment leadership pipeline across functions.
- Conduct talent review process to identify business critical gaps and create developmental opportunities.
- Responsible for creation of Individual development plan through assessment cum development centre approach for unique / critical roles
- Created and implemented robust training need identification process based on organisation diagnosis and also based on the leadership competency framework.
