Position : Senior Manager / AGM - Talent Management
Reports to: Head - L&D
Role Summary/Purpose :
This role is responsible for the provision of knowledge sharing practices, methods and tools, to drive behavioral change effectively, geared towards performance development and customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and implement Talent Management programs within the L&D function
- Closely work with Leaders of HR, L&D and Business Units in identifying, growing and retaining talent across the organisation
- Support HR & business in career path development, succession planning.
- Review and modify existing L&D programs based on the goals established for Talent Management.
Desired Qualification & Experience:
- MBA or MSW from a reputed Institution
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in HR which would include at least 3+ years of training design & delivery/implementation experience
- Strong conceptual, people management and influencing skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the organisation
