- Lead delivery of end to end Recruiting service across all hiring levels, including branding, sourcing, and contracting
- Manage resource allocation within the recruitment team
- Measure, assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Recruitment team
- Working with preferred list of vendors and continuous process monitoring through vendor evaluations and management
- Sourcing specialist(s) to embed best practices of talent acquisition process
Experience:
- Exposure in handling the hiring of mid to senior level positions
- Hiring Head experience in renown brand from top B-school, hands-on hiring experience as both individual contributor and team manager
- Strong orientation towards analytic and data analysis.
