Job purpose :
- Responsible for growth of company's business and market share in a particular zone. They will also help in the planning, forecasting process and provide inputs for developing appropriate sales and marketing strategies.
Duties and responsibilities :
Specific Roles :
- Achieve targets in sales and realization; Regularly report progress to President/VP against plan
- Responsible for handling B2B as well as Project Sales. Meeting key account clients and to notch builders and architects.
- Providing support to the team of Key account managers to handle key accounts, B2B and institutional & commercial sales (Broadly project sales).
- Creation of effective key account clients based on agreed criteria to generate more business and revenue.
- Expansion of business by adopting various new strategies and method of improvements.
- Training and development of Sales Team.
- Planning and successful implementation of sales promotion activities.
- Regularly hold sales meets and programs.
- Remain aware of competitive landscape and innovative trends in the marketplace and apprise VP/President of the same.
- Provide input on marketing campaigns if any.
- Provide strategic advice to help identify key opportunities for market entry.
- Attend industry events to build relationships with key industry heads.
- Leading and motivating team members.
- Protect and promote company's brands
Key Skills : Working hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Working days : 6 days

Experience : 7-8 years relevant experience
Target Industries : Building Material Industry such as Tiles, Sanitary, Plywood, Const Chemicals, Cement, Paints, Hardware
Most Important Thing :
candidates who have minimum 7 years experience in channel and retail sales only, who have dealt with at least 30 dealers at a time and handled a business of more than 30 crores.
- Should have an experience in Channel sales and Retails Sales.
- Should have prior exp of Marketing budgets, ATL, BTL activities minimum 7 years relevant exp in Sales/ Marketing
