The AGM- R&R is responsible for streamlining and executing Rewards & Performance Management strategies and ensuring consistent designing & implementation of benefits and policies in people Function.

Lead Rewards CoE

- To develop and lead the framework for national Rewards & Recognition at YOHT towards building a culture of encouragement for excellence and driving desired behaviours

- Designing, implementing and driving a national recognition framework (Execute the cyclical Reward activities such as processing of Bonus & Annual Review analysis; benchmarking & job evaluations)

- Creating effective communication plan and awareness around the R&R framework

- Governance of the R&R program

- Digitization of R&R (Support the technology implementation, and management for rewards, benefits, and employee recognition areas)

- Rewards Analytics

- Help to implement solutions and advise BPs and the business with interpretation and application of reward & recognition policies and processes

- Regularly analyse varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to suggest improvement in Rewards processes

- Responsible for ensuring alignment of Rewards and Policies

- Rewards & Benefits Benchmarking, Market Study and Analysis: Co-owning and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders in sourcing & analysis of industry/market data to aid in Rewards decision making and policy development.

- Partnering with external consultants on salary benchmarking surveys etc. to gather market competitive data

- Study, Develop and Review defined Compensation and benefits Processes

- Support the design and implementation of C&B policies & procedures

- Execute C&B processes to support and align with the business needs and strategy

Core Competencies/ Skills/knowledge :

- Considerable related experience

- End to End management of Reward Cycle/ Exposure to Rewards Analytics Tools

- 6-10 years of experience in Reward & Recognition in a similar position for mid-sized / large organization

- Knowledge of and ability to use HR/ Technology solutions

- Masters in HR management /Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
