An esteem client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider in the healthcare sector, is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager in Pricing from the BPO/ITeS/KPO industry for placement in Bangalore.
Mandatory skills required:
- Candidates with min 5 yrs. of experience in Pricing.
- CA/CMA/MBA full time qualified.
- Candidates who have worked in BPO/ITes/KPO industry would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Ensure that pricing is competitive, yet profitable.
- Develop various pricing models (cost-plus, value-based, market-competitive, etc.) suited to client needs and business offerings.
- Develop financial models to forecast costs, revenues, and profit margins.
- Analyze operational costs, resources, and market trends to ensure that the pricing covers all cost elements and generates the desired profit margins.
- Identify key cost drivers in BPO services and optimize pricing based on them.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to price bids and proposals.
- Analyze customer requirements and offer customized pricing solutions for RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Ensure pricing structures align with the client's needs while maintaining profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of industry pricing norms and adapt pricing structures to stay competitive.
- Monitor changes in the competitive landscape and adjust pricing to maintain market share.
- Develop pricing models that maximize revenue while ensuring that service offerings remain attractive to clients.
- Participate in contract negotiations to explain pricing models and justify costs.
- Work closely with client relationship managers to provide pricing clarity and flexibility.
- Address pricing concerns raised by clients and ensure mutual agreements are reached.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, sales, operations, and delivery teams.
- Ensure pricing aligns with operational capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Maintain compliance with internal pricing policies, ensuring approval processes are followed.
- Develop and manage pricing guidelines, discounts, and approvals.
- Regularly track and analyze the performance of pricing strategies.
- Prepare reports on pricing effectiveness, revenue growth, and profit margins.
- Adjust pricing strategies based on performance data.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to pricing, such as potential under-pricing or overpricing.
- Evaluate long-term contract pricing and identify risks related to inflation, currency fluctuations, and other external factors.
