Job Title : Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager - Pre Sales & Solutioning.
Location : Mumbai.
Relevant Experience (Yrs) :
Experience : Total 10+ years of Life Science Industry In which 3-5 years should be in the Presales function.
Exposure :
- Work in Life science domain across our offerings like PV, CDM, BS&P, MW and Regulatory for client interaction or delivery roles.
- Preferable to have had interaction with global pharmaceutical clients and large FSP players.
- Ability to understand the nuances of the domain from either delivery perspective or solution ownership as the submission demands
Job Description :
- Work with Sales and Solutions team to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team
- Life Science Market intelligence, Industry intelligence
- Presentation Standards, Technical support for the sales team
- Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors. Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
- Responsible for staying abreast of offering/product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the offerings and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Solutions and Delivery teams on an on-going basis to stay current.
- Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
- Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Solutions and Delivery teams regarding offerings including coordinating gaps between offering features and market/customer demands.
- Attend Webinars addressing product offerings, market strategy, key challenges etc
- Liaison with Solution/Offering Owners and Delivery Teams, understand the details of offerings and communicate information back to sales organization.
- Responsible for working with Solutions and Sales Teams to develop and deliver training on business problems, offerings, and messages (classroom and OJT) for new team members.
