- Responsible for the brand identity development for Company, a retail precinct in Bandra Kurla Complex, planned as the premier destination for premium & bridge to luxury brands
- Lead the launch planning mandate and go-to-market strategy - brand positioning
- To work on campaign strategies and campaign planning, execution of in-mall touchpoints to ideate and execute events and activations
- Responsible for creating aspirational brand campaigns in steady state with call-to-action campaigns that drive footfalls and result in sales
- Concept to execution of IPs, that form an important aspect of the experience and help us stand apart from the competition
- Establishing relationships with retailers housed in & co-creating a collaborative calendar of events that drives visibility and awareness for the mall as well as our partners in a mutually beneficial manner
- Work on events and IP as per calendar
- Cost Management (P&L) - Clear Budget understanding. Work on the expense budget and keep a track of expenses, work on provisions
- Handle creative and event agencies
- Work on Direct Marketing initiatives and ensure We are positioned well with its offerings to relevant groups apart from mass marketing strategy
- Overall Annual Strategy and implementation
