Sr. Manager / AGM Marketing :
- To develop & formulate Annual Marketing Plan & Marketing budgets
- To Manage all marketing functions like ATL, BTL activities
- Design and implement the Annual Brand plans to achieve the top line and bottom line figures in respect to Corporate Objectives, and to achieve desired market share.
- Evaluate different media vehicles and media reach data to create an optimum media-mix and communication strategy for the brand
- To handle all external agencies like ad agency, media agency, event management agency, to plan and implement various marketing campaigns.
- Co-ordinate with media buying agencies as well as with various publications and channels to plan optimum media exposure and extract best possible media deals
- Devise specific tailor made programs for the trade to drive incremental sales and implement trade activation programs
- Plan & implement need based consumer offers / trade offers, consumer promotions for specific target segments
- Evaluate and organize participation in various events & exhibitions
- To select and monitor outdoor media coverage
