Job Description - Sr Manager/AGM, Client Services
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints within the campus.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer feedbacks and implement solutions to resolve then effectively.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies in liaison with leasing teams.
- To interact with all existing CXO's to gauge and understand scope of improvement within the campus.
- To ensure daily smooth operations and handle client escalations in liaison with Lead Admins of clients
- To align with DLF Offices vision to create a holistic ecosystem by engaging regularly with client employees via various social and cultural activities to make each day at work a memorable one.
- To be the point of contact for any collections related queries and enable hassle free collections in coordination with the Leasing and Operations team.
- Involve and resolve issues related to fit-outs, handover of spaces and client escalations in liaison with leasing and operational teams.
- Oversee BTL/ATL Activities and Maximise revenues related to it.
Skillset and Qualification's Required:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Hotel and Hospitality.
- 10+ years of mixed experience in Hotels and Real estate, currently managing workspace solutions or retail establishments.
- Proven track record of escalation management & client onboarding.
- Handling of fit outs and related escalations.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionally trained for customer support services and creating experiences.
- Event Management Skills
