Job Description: Brand Solution Solutions Manager
Designation Band: Senior Manager /AGM

Job responsibilities
1. Understanding Client's requirement and then Creative Ideation and proposal development
- Working closely with the sales team for proposal ideation for clients Creating innovative, feasible solutions for HT's clients which could be corporate brands, government institutions
2. Preparing top of the class proposal presentations for generic media deck, sponsorships, customized proposals Interacting with clients either directly or with sales team members
3. Execution and Delivery
- Preparation of Execution Plan post deal closure
- Ensuring complete execution of the campaign in the most seamless manner possible while maintaining profitability
- Coordinating closely with Edit, Sales, AdOps and other teams to ensure successful execution exceeding client expectations
4. Sharing timely reports, invoices, follow-ups with clients/agencies
- Seeking quantifiable feedback from client/agency around execution
5. Strategic Tasks
- Regular Market research and intelligence on which clients to pitch for which events based on HT's properties Staying up-to-date with all market developments via daily research to identify news break-out, events are happening and which brands are being associated with them, their players and otherwise.
6. Build and maintain and update a database where each region gets to know which brand to target/reach out for which new tournament as early as possible
- Competition analysis to find out which are new display/content formats/ideas used by other media companies (competition and otherwise) for brands which we may pitch to our clients as well.
7. Actively pitching to brands and presenting them with creative and sales & solutions.
- Interpret brief from clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available (duration of activity, budgets available, other supports available etc)
8. Needs to work with internal stakeholders and the ability to work with teams.
