Senior Manager/AGM
Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing and delivering learning strategies and programs, including experience in leadership training or Management Development Program.
2. Acquire /create e-learning courses, chart out career plans, workshops, etc.
3. Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
4. Internal and external stakeholder management
5. Designing monthly training calendar as per Training Needs Analysis
6. Developing effective induction programs
Experience: 12-15 years of experience as an L&D Manager or Training Manager
