Senior Manager/AGM - Insurance - Engineering/Mining/Infrastructure

Few pointers :

Experience : 8+ years in the insurance field; 3-5 years in supervisory role

Preference : Candidates having client end working from any of the Engineering, Mining, Infrastructure companies and willing to travel to site would be best suited for this job.

Job Description (Indicative only) :

- Administers and maintains an organisation's insurance programs.

- Analyzes insurance needs and provides optimum risk coverage, cost terms, and claim settlements for all organization assets.

- Maintains database and ensured timely renewals of all insurance policies

- Typically reports to head of a unit/department

- Coordinated with insurance brokers on day to day basis for updating on the insurance coverage

- Coordinates with different teams and department, insurance broker, underwriter surveyors for timely and full claim settlement

- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs

- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

- Has full authority for personnel actions

- Extensive knowledge of insurance policy and claims processes
