Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Growth and Scaling
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support rapid organizational growth and scalability.
- Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and create plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Build HR frameworks and policies that align with the organization's growth trajectory.
2. Talent Acquisition, Management, and Development
- Design and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top industry talent.
- Develop succession planning, career development, and leadership programs to nurture internal talent pipelines.
- Drive competency mapping and training programs to build future-ready teams.
3. Performance Management System
- Oversee the design and implementation of a robust, transparent, and data-driven PMS.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and accountability by integrating OKRs/KPIs into performance management.
4. Attrition Management
- Analyze attrition trends and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Create initiatives to address employee grievances and improve workplace satisfaction.
5. Culture Building and Employee Engagement
- Champion the organization's core values and ensure they are deeply embedded in the company's culture.
- Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement, belonging, and collaboration.
- Develop and manage recognition and rewards (R&R) programs to celebrate employee achievements.
6. HR Digitization
- Lead HR transformation through digital tools and platforms to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
- Implement HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with proven expertise in scaling up organizations.
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices, tools, and technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of building high-performance teams and fostering organizational culture.
