Responsibilities:


- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals of the real estate organization.

- Drive initiatives related to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure the availability of skilled talent for current and future business needs. \

- Relations and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to business leaders on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the real estate sector.

- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the real estate company, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.

- Organizational Development: Lead efforts to assess organizational structure, capabilities, and processes to support business growth and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for organizational development and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and change management.

- Performance Management and Compensation: Implement performance management systems to ensure clarity of goals and objectives, ongoing feedback, and fair evaluation of employee performance.

- Work with compensation and benefits teams to design competitive compensation packages and incentive programs that attract and retain talent in the real estate industry.

- HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization and provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.

- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address organizational challenges. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives. Heavier on Recruitment side add on with other hr responsibility.
