Job Description:
Facility, Admin & Security Planning
a) Develop robust HR, Admin & Security policies and processes for the units / projects.
b) To ensure approvals in place for preparation of HR, Admin, Security Budget
c) Develop unit SOPs for HR, Admin and IR and ensure implementation of the same
d) Establish cost control and wastage control measures to curtail cost
e) Ensure smooth functioning of Admin, IR & Security function.
Organization Structure & Manpower planning and recruitment
a) Continuously monitor and review the organizational structure to ensure the highest level o f productivity
b) Undertake manpower planning and assess the requirements to design recruitment plans and ensure recruitment implementation as per the plan
c) Ensure selection and timely recruitment of suitable candidates for the project .
d) Direct the induction and on-boarding of new joiners to make joining the unit a very special and memorable experience for new employees.
e) Design Organization structure and ensure highest level of productivity.
Statutory Compliances
a) Ensure smooth coordination with local people to carry forward project in smooth and cordial manner.
b) Ensure close coordination with external security agencies and internal team to ensure safe & secure infrastructure & office.
c) Ensure relevant stakeholder, Government bodies, statutory authorities and locality management for smooth project execution activities.
Performance Management System
a) Oversee and ensure the familiarization of all the employees on the PMS process
b) Ensure effective Goal setting along with expectation setting of the employees
c) Ensure completion of periodical review on agreed timelines and communicate feedback to the employees
d) Ensure completion of the annual appraisal process and normalization of performance ratings as per the given guideline
Industrial Relation Management and statutory compliances
a) Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure productive and harmonious employee relations are consistently maintained, in accordance with legislation and codes of practice
b) Organize regular meetings with management and ensure timely redressal of workmen grievances
c) Ensure congenial relations between union and management and healthy work environment.
d) Ensure timely compliance to various statutory and industrial legislations like CMPF., Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Apprentice Act, WC Act. etc.
Industrial Relation Management and statutory compliances (Compensation & payroll benefits Planning / budgeting for HR & expenditure tracking vs. plan.)
a) Establish payroll processing system for MAP
b) Prepare HR budget as per business guidelines & ensure on-plan delivery through cost control technique / optimization.
c) Explore outsourcing of back-office functions in order to minimize the manpower cost.
