Complete recruitment:
- Collecting all the requisite documents from new joinees, briefing the new joinees on the policies of the Company and completing all joining formalities for new recruits.
- Ensuring job description, KRA's and salary structure are clearly communicated to new employees.
- Responsible to take care of new employee Joining Formalities.
- Responsible for Scheduling Induction, Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees. Respond to HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance for all new joiners. Liaise with Other Departments or Functions (payroll, Benefits Etc.)
