Senior Manager/ AGM- Sales HR
- Objective of this role is to reduce attrition and increase employee commitment for their region within target ranges given to them.
- Context: Our sales associates are fresher's (from any discipline). Each sales associate (called Business development associate - BDA) reports to a sales manager. Each sales manager has around 15 BDAs reporting to him/her. Each sales manager reports to a senior manager. So each senior sales manager would have around 140 BDAs. Each HR BP manager will be working with 1 senior sales manager and their team of sales managers and 120-150 BDAs.
- Each Lead HRBP will manage about 4 to 5 resources, which makes the total span of approx. 500 - 600 people.
- The incumbent will be based in Chennai and will report to the Director HRBP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and governing the HR managers - daily and weekly activities like making sure they are meeting their daily/weekly targets, facilitating them with various process etc.
- Come out with creative approaches (which will be deployed by HR Managers) to maximize employee engagement and reduce attrition
- Engaging with senior managers/ GM/ AVP sales on a periodic basis to reduce attrition and increase employee commitment
Candidate Profile: (Tier 1 academics)
Specifically, the candidate should have:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 6+ years
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
