The Incumbent will set best standards for talent acquisition and HR function
The position shall be accountable for all recruitment and HR activities in the HO. Candidate is expected to be good in data management and should be goal oriented.
Knowledge of recruitment, talent management, HR compliance; preferably in media industry to deliver a quick TAT
Responsibilities:
- Talent Management
- Maintaining all HR MIS
- Employee Engagement
- Employee Relations
- HR Compliance
- Basic HR operations like taking care of new employees joining formalities, induction, exit formalities etc
- Maintaining employee records.
Education:
MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute
Certification in Recruitment handling shall be preferred
