The candidate shall have the ability to handle a growing infrastructure - manufacturing - consulting company.Industry Leader in its businesses.

Role: - Sr. Manager/ AGM- HR - Group HR

Profile: Head of HR for India and International Operations.

Department: - Human Resource Department-

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Bangalore

Lead Corporate HR at group level across 4 businesses.Comprising 4 operating companies with 150 staff members.

HR Strategy, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisational Development, Culture, Change Management, L&D, Training, Succession Planning, HR Operations, Team management

Threshold Qualification:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development

- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.

- Engineering Industry exp. Preferred but not essential
