Role: Accountable for Talent Management, Organization Capability Building, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and policy creation.

- Strategic & Business HR

- Manage Career development and Succession planning activities across the organization.

- Implementing performance management System in the company.

- Organisational Development initiatives.

- Play key role in Change Management

- Asst. HOD in preparation and implementation of HR policies.

- Competency mapping /setting up of Assessment development centers.
